Installation
What to expect
Once you schedule your appointment, it'll only take a few hours to get your home connected to our network.
STEP 1
The installation usually takes a couple hours, and we'll only need you at the beginning and end. Your technician will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
STEP 2
After surveying your home, a technician will install your wireless radio antenna. We'll make sure it's securely installed.
STEP 3
Then we'll run a cable from the roof through a hole we drill into the inside of your home. We will neatly attach the cable to a downspout when possible.
STEP 4
This cable will be connected to a discreet box of all necessary hardware (please keep it plugged in).
STEP 5
To finish, we'll setup a wireless access point and your new WiFi network.
